you need not to format the system first you check start> all programs> Ansys 13.0> status if it is even improperly installed there will be< uninstall> option if it is there you uninstall it and install again it will be ok while installing first run magnitude file-- it will ask for licence creation .. press --Y the symbol******* wlill be running and a new licence will be created then > run set up LM and it will ask for licence you have to select the licence created in magnitude then step by step install the Ansys software (note: better first install SetupLM then you run Setup)

GO fo your safe mode of computer than delete it than again open in normal mode than install it.
